Join us in a global art project recording 2012 in 12 moments. PLUS the chance to win 1,200€ (Euro) in photography equipment and the Grand Prize of a trip to Iceland for 2 for one week (or a trip to Glasgow, London or New York if you are based in Iceland).
Submit a photo or piece of art (any medium) for each of the 12 months in 2012. They can be new pieces, especially made for Project 12, or they can be works done previously as long as they fit into your chosen theme of either Peace, Environmental Awareness or Highlighting your passion or favourite thing .
Entries will be able to be seen by the public who can then browse the entries and vote on them. Lifetime membership to “Project 12” is a one off payment of just 12€ (Euro)! The best entries into Project 12 will be included in a Project 12 photography book (and possibly a DVD) and included in a series of world wide Project 12 exhibitions.

There are 4 categories or themes you may choose from:
Peace 12 – Art and photography inspiring World Peace. Each month you take a photo or make art with the theme of Peace, it can be done on any day of the month. You many also submit photos or art you have made perviously, just should be one submission each month.

Gaia 12 – Art and photography encouraging environmental awareness. Each month you take a photo or make art with the theme of the Environment, it can be done on any day of the month. You many also submit photos or art you have made perviously, just should be one submission each month.
A Study of 12 – Highlight your passion or favourite things with an example of one each month. Each month you take a photo or make art with the theme of whatever your favourite subject is, it can be done on any day of the month. You many also submit photos or art you have made perviously, just should be one submission each month.
12:12:12 – a record of the mystical year 2012 from your perspective.
